Delete your online account
Online play in our games uses an account: a guest account the game creates for you when you open the Online window. You can delete it, and the profile our server keeps with it, at any time. Playing offline uses no account.
Delete your account in the game
Account deletion requires an internet connection; leave any active match on this account before requesting deletion.
- Open the game and tap Online.
- Select Account, then choose Delete online account.
- Confirm. The online profile is removed when the request succeeds; Firebase Authentication account deletion may be delayed if that service returns an error.
If you cannot open the game
Write to [email protected]. Include the game name and friend code if known; we may ask for additional information to verify ownership, and an online name alone may not identify the account. We handle verified deletion requests within 30 days and reply when the profile is removed; Firebase Authentication deletion may be delayed if that service returns an error.
What is deleted
- The Firebase Authentication account and its sign-in, subject to the possible service delay described above.
- Your online name and friend code.
- Your online Level, XP and coins, accepted offline XP and synchronization timestamps, and the list of maps you opened.
- Your friends, your friend requests and the players you blocked.
What is kept
After deletion, reward records, daily opponent-pair counts, reports and other players’ block entries may retain your account identifier for fraud prevention and moderation. These retained records contain account identifiers rather than your profile name and currently have no automatic expiry.
Your offline game (progress, coins and settings saved on your device) is not part of the account: it stays on your device until you remove the local copy by uninstalling the app or clearing its data. Depending on your Android backup settings, app data may be backed up or transferred by Android and restored after reinstalling; uninstalling removes the local copy but may leave a system backup.
